COAST REGION

Or Ecuadorian Coast, is called to the strip of land extending from the slopes of the Andes at an altitude of 900 meters to meet the sea. It is a region located west of the Andes and is crossed from north to south by a mountain range low (800 m) and consists of extensive floodplains.

His six provinces have very attractive beaches and resorts for tourists. It highlights Esmeraldas, Manabi and Guayas. In this area is the longest river system in the country.

 

 

The Ecuadorian Coast holds many potential cities of industry, business and tourism, as the largest port of economy amplitude in Ecuador "Guayaquil", Manta port with an increasing of tourism development in the city and its surroundings.
